At Luxora Collection, we do not accept returns or process refunds. Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched exactly as placed. Once an order is confirmed and successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

In the rare event that we are unable to process your order due to an issue on our end, our team will contact you directly to discuss the most suitable resolution.

Non-Deliverable Items

If a shipment is returned to us or marked as non-deliverable due to customer-related or courier-related issues, Luxora Collection is not responsible and no refund will be issued.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Wrong or unreachable contact number
• Courier service limitations or out-of-service areas
• Refusal to accept delivery

Exchange Policy

Quality is our highest priority. While refunds are not offered, your order may be eligible for an exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:

• You received an incorrect product
• You received a defective product
• You received a damaged product

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any exchange request for a damaged or incorrect item, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

• 360-Degree View: Start the video by showing the sealed parcel from all sides (top, bottom, and sides). The shipping label and billing details must be clearly visible.
• Continuous Recording: The video must be recorded from start to finish without any pauses, cuts, or interruptions.
• No Editing: Edited, blurry, unclear, or improperly recorded videos may result in rejection of the exchange request.
